All dogs will be washed and shampooed at least twice to ensure complete cleanliness. Conditioners may be used as needed depending on the coat type. Medicated shampoos, hypoallergenic shampoos, natural flea shampoos, and whitening treatments are available.

Ears will be cleaned with ear cleaning solution and the hair inside the canal may be plucked as requested or as necessary.

Only light de-matting will be done; hair that is severely matted and extensive around the whole body will have to be shaved for the safety and comfort of your pet (please refer to the Matting & Shave Policy on the Policies page).
​
A Face, Feet, and Fanny clean-up will be provided as needed and includes trimming around the eyes and face, shaving the paw pads, rounding the feet, and a sanitary trim.
